Time to give back to community, contributions made here by other people really helped a lot. Signed NDA so won't be sharing exact questions but will try to help maximum.
YoE: 7.5
Prep time: 1.5 months
Prev company: Another FAANG
First contact: Reached out to recruiter on LinkedIn. Scheduled phone screen for 3 weeks later.
Phone screen: Asked 2 medium from top 100 Meta tagged. Able to explain in detail for both within 30mins.
Feedback: Pretty solid as per recruiter.
Onsite scheduled for 2 weeks later.
Coding 1: Asked 2 medium again. First one wasn't directly from Meta tagged but on similar pattern so quickly solved it. Second one was from Meta tagged and explained multiple approaches for it (with code for one). We then went onto pros and cons discussion of each approach for fun.
Coding 2: Asked 2 medium again. Both from top 100 Meta tagged and solved both with ease.
Behavioral: Taken by a manager who asked pretty complex questions. I tried to be as much natural as possible.
System Design: I prepared very thoroughly for this. Question asked was from frequently asked topics of system design. I tried to go deeper into database/conflict-resolution/solving-CUJs and didn't waste much time on usual path. I also tried to be very proactive in my conversations to explain hidden and usual things.
Preparation: I went through Alex Xu for starter, once comfortable I also read DDIA selectively. Then SDFC and Jordan has no life channels came in handy. I also went through multiple mocks to become comfortable with the format.
HC Result: After a week, I was told by recruiter that verdict is hire.
