Meta | Rejected | Aim for E4

Just want to share my interview experience on July 2024. Sorry for sharing it late just got mental breakdance Lol. They said for the leveling would be based on the interview feedbacks.

My work of experience: 3-4 years.

I don't get any feedback from them. I am not sure why they can't give me any feedbacks for the rejection.

Interview Phase. So here is my subjective result

Technical Phone Screen: Hire

After I got email that I passed. Then I got 4 interviews in 2 days.

Coding Interview: Strong Hire (I think it was medium coding question from my perspective)
Coding Interview: Strong Hire (I think it was medium coding question from my perspective)
System Design: Either Lean Hire or Hire (not sure either) (It was medium-hard system design question)
Behavioral: Either Lean Hire or Hire (Might be tends to Hire)

After A month then I got rejection email lol. I was expecting at least L3/L4 but neither comes true Haha.
I am actually 100% sure, I aced the coding interviews so i expect at least L3. Hope I can share the questions, but I signed the NDA to not disclose the questions. I also already forgot about the coding questions that asked lol.

I got info from my friend as former Meta, that L4 is already fulfilled by early this year and only wants L5. But somehow there is someone later from my junior university that got L3. Hahaha I guess that is not the case.

Overall good experience of interview, but somehow I want to know what is the feedbacks.
