A little bit of background about me,
BTech from Tier-1 college, SDE-2 (fullstack) at a Product based company, 4 years of experience

A recruiter reached out for a hiring event on wednesday( 5th June 2024),
The hiring event was on thursday morning (6th June 2024). It was a fullstack role.

Online Assesment
2 questions, one on lazy loading of images using React and the other was on graphs. I was unable to solve the second question fully. (Did not pass all test cases)

After clearing the online assesment, I was sent an email for the event. All 3 interview invites were sent together

Hiring event (6th June 2024)
1st round:
Behavioural, previous experience - first 15-20 minutes, A matrix question. Was able to solve within the stipulated time

2nd round:

  1. An easy-medium tree question
  2. A design question to implement a cache - the question was very vague, I'm not sure if i gave my best here
  3. A slight variation to rotten oranges problem

3rd round:

  1. A knapsack DP question with the frontend implementation of it
  2. Behavioural discussion.
I was not familiar with the platform for the frontend implementation. I wasn't able to resolve the issue in there, but I was able to code the function properly. The interviewer was extremely supportive.

I had tried reaching out to the recruiter post all 3 interviews, no answer as of yet on the next round.

While the recruiters are less pro-active and lack a good feedback giving mechanism compared to other good organisations, the interviewers were great, heavily supportive.
