I applied on carrer portal on 2nd April 2024, and Recruiter reached me out to me on 9th May 2024 and said that my profile is matching for the Google Payments team. she gave me time for 15 days.
Also she asked to join some webinar where some google software engineers was mentoring about the preparation of interviews.

Round 1 : Phone Screen
Problem 1 : medium problem on Queue
1 Follow-up question was there
Solved problem within time

(Interviewer was chill, initially he asked some questions from my resume as he was from android team and i had also some experience in flutter development in my internship, so he asked what you did and what you implement, later he gave one question, first i was not able to think then he said just think the simplest solution you can approach, i gave one solution, he was okay and asked further to optimised it, he gave some hints also then later i solved, not full code but gave only approch, then he asked how queue works and also the complexity of priority queue and Binary tree(because the optimised approach was based on Binary Tree), I explained everything, he was satisfied)

After 13 working days, On 13th June, Recruiter informed me that i am selected for further rounds

Problem 1 : medium problem on Stack (so many edge cases were there)

Solved problem within time but failed to think some corner cases
Feedback:

(Interviewer was weird in this round, he didn't helped much also he didn't explained the question well, he was asking me to think about the corner cases and thought process, i explained him my approach, he was satisfied with that, but later i realised i missed some test cases :( ..........)

Round 3 : Technical Round 2
Problem 1 : medium problem on Graph (Based on Dijiktra Algorithm)
Feedback:

(Interviewer was chill in this round, Initially i was discussing my approach, it took 30 mints in the discussion later intereviewer said that i am getting late, he asked to code the first, then i finished the coding within 10 mins and yes.... it went well)

Round 4 : Technical Round 3
Problem 1 : medium problem on Array
Solved problem within time, Interviewer was impressed
Feedback:

(Interviewer was chill in this round too, He was from some shopping team so, he was facing some issues in his product so that's why he made one DSA question on that issue, Question was quite interesting, i asked to interviewer to let me code the first then i will discuss my approach, he said okay, i started coding, and meanwhile i was explaining my code too, like why i am using particular thing or what is this for loop doing........then he asked that i have missed one testcase then i added one condition to handle this, i finished my code within 25 mints and yes.... it went well too)

Round 5 : Googleyness & Leadership Round
Feedback:

Basically asked about my current experience and some situational based questions, it seems he was quite interested in listening my stories because similar situation he also faced, so this round lasted around 1 hour, but it was quite interesting.
