I recently went through the interviews with the Google
Recruiter Call -> Phone Screen -> 4 Onsites

Phone Screen: Got a question on Sortings & Arrays with few tweaks. Gave different approaches, coded the best time complexity solution. After interview ended, I realized I made a minor bug in the code I wrote. ;)

Recruiter mentioned feedback for Phone Screen is positive and they will move forward with the onsites.

Onsite1: 2-D grid problem. The Question was very weird and interviewer didn't even give me all the constraints at once. He gave 1 constraint, I gave thought process, then he gave another asked my apporach, again added few more constraints. In the end I was able to code O(n log n) solution. He asked me to optimize it but I couldn't. Expected Time Complexity: O(n)
Question should have been medium rated but I couldn't do in most optimal way. ;(

Onsite2: 2-D DP Question. Coded the most optimal approach. Even discussed the followup with the interviewer. Interviewer seemed happy.

Onsite3: In this round, Questions were doable. Got 2 questions. Coded first in 15 mins. Second Question, he asked only approach. He even asked followup for it. Gave it's optimal approach also. So done both in 30 mins. Then next 10 mins on Q&A.

Onsite4: Googlyness Round - Standard Questions on project and situations. Interviewer seemed very satisfied. Round went well.

Yet to receive official feedbacks for all the onsites.

Expected Ratings:
O1: No Hire/ Lean No Hire
O2: Hire/ Strong Hire
O3: Hire/ Strong Hire
O4: Hire/ Strong Hire

What are my chances to get a team match and pass the HC?
How much time typically it takes for team match and HC approval to Offer Letter?
