Round 1:
Q1. A flavour of Partition point in array
optimised solution in 20mins then discussion on solution for another 10-15mins.
Q2. Fix problems with code TicTacToe
was able to fix as many as I could find in the remaining time.
Was pretty confident in the interview but next day got the call that I am rejected and won't move to next round.
PS - Before my interview I checked the JD link and could no longer find the job. So to me it looks like they rejected me for no good reason at all.
After the interview, I called the HR asking for reason of rejection and they mentioned that maybe because I chose to code in JAVA I was rejected. In a previous call they mentioned they dont have any issues with someone from JAVA as long as they are willing to move to Python.
What was the reason for my rejection?
