Note: I wont be able to share the exact questions as those interview questions are intelluctial property of Google. I will be sharing the DSA involved and the difficulty level of that problem.

Rounds:
1 Telephonic Round
3 Technical Rounds
1 Googliness Round
1 Team fit Round

I was reached out over LinkedIn by recruiter. Later all the discussions happened over call.

Telephonic Round : For me this round was skipped.
Technical round 1 (45 mins) : Interviewer was non Indian. It was purely focused on DSA. We briefly introduced ourselves and then directly jumped to question. Interviewer just told the question, which is like the 10% of it. You need to ask the proper question to understand the problem. First question was based on queue, I took around 4-5 mins to figure out the dsa. Once that was done I was quickly able to code the solution. Difficulty was Medium . Interviewer didnot have any question for the code written. We didnot discuss any TC/SC. He jumped to follow up question. It was a dp problem involving probability. Didnot understand the question properly, so was asking a lot of doubts. Came up with a solution (not optimised). Difficulty was medium hard. Later interviewer told that he had only one question for me but since it was solved within 15 min so he had to ask another one.

Verdict: Hire

Technical Round 2: Interviewer was Indian. We quickly introduced ourselves. Asked easy level direct leetcode problem. Solved within minutes. Didnot ask to code. Threw followup question. Later I came to know that was also leetcode problem. I took hints in that problem but was able to code the optimised solution and the interviewer was satisfied with the approach and the code. No TC/SC was discussed. We were running out of time.

Verdict: Hire

Technical Round 3 (45 mins): Interviewer was non Indian. We introduced ourselves. He asked me about what is the most interesting project/work I have done till now. Little bit about why I find that work interseting. Then he explained me about the expectations of the technical round (pretty talkative) like think loud, ask doubts etc.
The problem given was DP problem. Not a standard leetcode problem but if you have understanding of DP, it would be solved quickly. He asked me to dry run the code on different test cases. Asked if you could add any test case. I did. Then we discussed TC/SC.

Verdict: Hire

Googliness: Indian Interviewer. I was pissed off by the questions he was asking. LOL. All bookish questions. I could hardly understand what was he trying to ask. He asked me about the projects, put me in different scenarios.

Verdict: Lean Hire

Team Fit Round (30 mins): This round was scheduled after 10 days of Googliness round. Indian Manager. Pretty chill. asked about why looking for a swicth you are already i a good company why not look internally. Discussed about my projects. Discussed about the Team's work, standard practices and all.

Verdict: Hire

Offer was released after 35 days of first round of interview.
