Thanks to Leetcode community, got a peer who was interviewing at Google, he shared his recruiter's name. Messaged recruiter on Linkedin, and he accepted my message and phone-call interview with recruiter got scheduled

Phone Screening - Dec 2nd Week

Was asked n-ary Tree question, solved it in ease. Leetcode Medium-Hard
Asked a follow-up rushed to code without solutionizing it and as a result missed an important case
Interviewer was good, so in the last moment asked me about brute-force solution, provided standard solution and then optimised it, but wasn't able to come up with the most optimal one, its a DP-with Trees question. Leetcode Hard

Thought I was rejected, however after 1 month recruiter called and mentioned that I have passed to the onsites and will schedule interviews after 1 month. (Might be due to Hiring Freeze)

After 1 more month a different recruiter reached out and scheduled my onsites next week, I did hurry up here and pushed the recruiter to schedule my onsites asap, because I was already holding another offer.

Onsite-Round 1

Asked a Leetcode Medium Question
Follow-up was the same problem with a twist and solved it optimally

Interview went well, would give myself (9/10)

Onsite-Round 2

Was asked a LLD type Leetcode Hard question.
Was able to discuss the problem throughout and solve and code it optimally without any hint

Interview went well, would give myself (9/10)

Onsite-Round 3

Asked a Leetcode Hard Question. Problem was on Interval-Merging with some additional constraints
Was able to discuss the problem throughout and solve and code it optimally without any hint

Interview went well, would give myself (10/10)

Onsite-Round 4 - Googlyness Round

Was asked standard behavioural questions

Next week recruiter called and confirmed that the feedbacks were great and she would schedule a call with manager next day

Team-fit Round:

Basic discussion on what the team does and what are the things we are going to work on

Once, I agreed to work on the team, recruiter extended offer after 2 working days. Since I had a offer, it took 20 days from schduling onsites to onboarding.
