Sharing my experience since I didn't find many posts on Airbnb Staff level.
Round 1 (1h): With EM, discussing past projects
Round 2:
2 Architecture/System Design (1h each)
1 Coding (45m)
1 Technical Background (1h)
Coding round - was not Leetcode type question, was mostly something you'll use in your job. My self evaluation on this was terrible. Was prepared for a leetcode question and was thrown off by the question. Weirdly the recruiter said that coding was not why I was rejected.
Architecture/System design round - I enjoyed these interviews. The questions weren't straight forward design FB/cache etc. It delved more into the details. In both rounds, the interviewers asked more questions on data model and DB design. Recruiter had mentioned that the system design rounds will be used for leveling and post interview shared that there weren't enough signals for G10 level.
Technical Background - chat in depth about past project.
Overall - I liked the type of interviews and way they were conducted. Stumbled in coding but it was a very fair question. Disappointed to be rejected but liked the company.
