Recently I gave my interview for the ASE role at IBM. It was an on-campus drive:
HR questions:
Tell me something about yourself
Are you willing to relocate ?
If given a choice between developer, architect, product manager what will you choose?
What are your strenghts and weaknesses ?
Have you done any leadership roles?
The interviewer asked a lot of questions from project not so technically deep.
Tech Questions:
Swap 2 variables with & without 3rd variable
Fibonacci Series
Entry controlled & exit controlled loop difference
Make all characters of a string upper case
Reverse a string
