Online Assessment :

  • Verbal Aptitude

  • Business Aptitude

  • Coding Questions ( 2 easy + 1 medium)
    More weightage would be given to aptitude questions since Wells Fargo is a Banking company.

Round 1 - Tech:

  1. Given a huge dataset of employees, how would you order it? (Suggested Merge Sort and explained it with pseudocode)

  2. Few OOPS questions

  3. Difference between C++ and Java

  4. Consider you're storing data about all Indians in a database. How will you design such a database? What factors should you consider? (Suggested some system design concepts)

Round 2 - Tech + Managerial:

  1. What is your favourite Data Structure? (Answered Graph and explained Traversal algos. Was given some real time questions and answered them based on Cycle Detecting, Shortest Path and Weighted Graph concepts)

  2. Discussion about my projects (Detailed explanation, Alternatives to the tech stack used, Follow up questions etc..)

  3. Few HR questions like Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years down the line, Solving conflicts in team, Task assignment etc..

Round 3 - HR Round:
It was like a conversation between me and my interviewer. She asked me about my passion and how joining this college has changed my behaviour / character. She was really kind and motivating and this round went around 20 mins.
