IBM On-campus interview process

Hello ,
Recently I had IBM campus drive placement.

  1. First round:
  • Basic DSA question
  • Only 26 where selected to the next round
  • 1 question was given for 30 mins
  1. Second round
  • English test
  • We had to try and score maxium marks and also there was negative marking
  • Only 15 were selected for next round.
  1. Third Round
  • Group Discussion
  • We had to talk on a given topic (for / against ) for 5 mins.
  • Topics was AI.

  1. Last round.
    -Interview / HR round
    -Be prepared for HR questions
    -The interview checked for my skills which were mentioned in my resume
    -Sorting algorithms were asked.
    -The interview went for 40 mins long.

Verdict :Selected.
