Amazon and Microsoft Hiring India

Hi Leetcoders,

I am seeing that Amazon and Microsoft have restarted hiring in India. I dont want to switch now but want to switch around December 2023. I am wondering will they again freeze hiring till that time or will they still be hiring in December?

Is it wise waiting till December? OR Is it a good time to switch?
