Can anyone please tell why it's happening with me because it's the fourth time Google HR sent me this message.
"You did well - congratulations! Unfortunately, hiring needs have shifted, and at this time the hiring team feels there are candidates with a stronger mix of skills and experiences that align with the positions we are currently filling. We received an update internally from Google and we will not be able to move forward with the onsite interviews for the Software Engineering role at this time. A member of our recruiting team may reach out to you in the near future if we come across another opening that we think might interest you and could be a match for your skills and experience."
The Interviewers was happy with me and in fact he was impressed with my problem solving skill and Data structure skill.
Please tell me if there are any special skills which I need to learn to become a googler. because I did really well in four phone interviews, still not getting any chance.when you worthy still you not getting chances then it's hurt deeply.
